The program includes two modules, which will explore in depth:
Module 1, dedicated to Funding Line 1.2 – Paths to Independence for Persons with Disabilities: a. In-depth analysis of the latest ministerial guidelines and the requirements for implementing the Project Line 1.2; b. General introduction to how ReGiS works and its various sections, the data and documents required, and the timelines for physical and financial monitoring; c. Procedure for reporting expenses to the Central Administration responsible for the measure; d. Uploading project data in view of the ministerial deadline of April 2, 2024.
Module 2, dedicated to Funding Line 1.1.1 – Support for Parenting Skills and Prevention of Vulnerability of Families and Children: a. In-depth analysis of the latest ministerial guidelines and the requirements for implementing the Project Line 1.1.1; b. A general introduction to how ReGiS works and its various sections, the data and documents required, and the timeframes for physical and financial monitoring; c. Expenditure reporting procedure to the Central Administration responsible for the measure; d. Uploading project data.
An additional 4-hour tutoring package is also included.
Technical assistance service for the presentation, management, monitoring, reporting and implementation of projects under PNRR Mission 5 Component 2.1 and support for the launch of co-design and co-programming tables envisaged by the 2021-2023 Area Plan

Support for project idea selection (brainstorming, matching, and tailoring) and support for project submissions and the signing of the Agreement (support for drafting the project proposal, preparing the budget and overall business plan, preparing the documentation and presentation of the project proposal, and supporting the signing of the Agreement). Assistance service for municipalities and Unités des Communes Valdôtaines for the correct population of the SIUSS and its BDPSA, BDPS, SINA, and SINBA databases. The service includes meetings with an expert, intended as opportunities for direct discussion aimed at providing immediate oral feedback on the issues raised by the local authority. The meetings, lasting 30 minutes each, will be held via video conference (via the GoToMeeting platform) or telephone (via a group conference call on WhatsApp). The meeting schedule will be shared in advance between the expert and the CELVA consultancy office.
Analysis and drafting of documentation for the Young 50 project, task 7.4 Policy and sustainability
Clients: ULSS Company n. 6 Euganea
Long-term project sustainability assessment, with the aim of providing indications and guidelines for the implementation of the CARDIO5O screening program. The goal was to better understand how to integrate screening and prevention interventions into health policies and regional and national prevention programs in the various territories and Member States involved. Synergia will proceed to this end in the drafting of the project deliverable D7.3, Policy Guidelines, as part of Workstream 7.

Video clips and podcasts for updates and in-depth information; e. Discussion forums for specific questions; f. Training webinars for in-depth study and group discussions; g. Personalized assistance package of 60 hours (Azienda Speciale Consortile Servizi alla Persona Alto Mantovano), 40 hours (Municipality of Cernusco sul Naviglio), and 20 hours (Azienda Sociale Comuni Insieme).
