Evaluation of the “Generating the Future” project
Clients: Municipality of Mantua
Measuring the social impact of the “Generating the Future” project, promoted by the Municipality of Mantua, which aims to develop sustainable urban development strategies. The objective of the impact assessment for the “Generating the Future” project is to measure the medium- and long-term effects that the project activities have had on direct beneficiaries, including children, young adults, and families, as well as on the entire community thanks to the project’s community outreach activities.

Support for the Social Planning of the Lombardy Territorial Areas and the drafting of the new 2025-2027 Area Plan
Clients: Municipality of Gallarate
Planned actions: a. Drafting of the analytical sections of the Area Plan; b. Evaluation of the previous Area Plan; c. Monitoring the implementation of the Area Plan; d. Tools and indicators for evaluating the outputs and outcomes of the Area Plan’s objectives; e. Support in the management of up to four semi-annual thematic discussions with stakeholders for the three-year programming period; f. Support for the Client in achieving specific system objectives (consolidation of supra-area activities developed in the previous three-year period and adoption of a different Area management model); g. Availability to support co-programming and co-design processes. The estimate of the investment required for each co-design process will be determined based on the characteristics of the process itself, upon request and in agreement with the Client.

Clients: Alto Mantovano Special Consortium for Personal Services; Municipality of Cernusco sul Naviglio; Comuni Insieme Social Enterprise
Synergia Activities: a. Timely and systematic circulation and sharing of all ministerial communications and related attachments regarding the funding lines under the PNRR, along with accompanying summaries; b. Periodic newsletters on recent developments and key current issues related to the implementation of the PNRR M5 C2.1 projects; c. Thematic instructional documents dynamically updated with respect to the evolution of the definitional and regulatory framework outlined by the MLPS for the technical and implementation aspects of all funding lines, as well as by the MEF for reporting and financial aspects; d. Video clips and podcasts for updates and in-depth information; e. Discussion forums for specific questions; f. Training webinars for in-depth study and group discussions; g. Personalized assistance package of 60 hours (Azienda Speciale Consortile Servizi alla Persona Alto Mantovano), 40 hours (Municipality of Cernusco sul Naviglio), and 20 hours (Azienda Sociale Comuni Insieme).

Technical assistance for the evaluation of the 2025-2027 Area Plan
Clients: Comasca and Lariana Special Company
Two lines of work: a. a “vertical” analysis, using quantitative techniques and tools, measuring specifically identified indicators for each specific objective; b. a cross-sectional analysis to assess the ability to achieve the objectives and cross-cutting results envisaged in the Area Plan. This analysis allowed us to gather important feedback and information necessary for the next area planning, including through in-depth interviews, focus groups, and participatory workshops.

Planned activities:

Preparation and continuous update of monitoring tools aimed at effective and efficient data collection related to the users of the “Insieme” Family Centre, following a scientific-methodological approach.

Methods of using the data collection tool (including extraction and monitoring) to ensure updated needs analysis of the area.

Evaluation of current tools used for data collection of users to identify needs and guide program planning.

Operational training for the staff of the “Insieme” Family Centre and support for correct analysis, synthesis, and data processing.

Consultancy and operational support for project partners, aimed at making informed decisions regarding intervention planning.

“Modeling” of the activities carried out over the years at the “Insieme” Family Centre, with particular reference to elements of replicability.

Support for the public communication of the project’s achievements, including its various impacts.

Annual qualitative-quantitative reporting on the progress and schedule of activities, the number of recipients reached, and the network of partners involved.

Final qualitative-quantitative report on the activities carried out, with particular reference to the main results achieved and the users reached.
