Synergia is a social research, organizational consulting, and training company that has been active since 1989 in the field of social, health, cultural, and welfare policies. For over thirty years, we have been working alongside public institutions, companies, and Third Sector Organizations, offering analysis, planning, and evaluation tools to improve the quality and effectiveness of policies and services.

We work to make policies and services more effective, inclusive, and evidence-based, translating data into knowledge and transforming ideas into concrete solutions. Through a multidisciplinary approach, we support administrations and organizations in managing social change, planning targeted interventions, and optimizing resources.

Our vision

We picture an innovative, integrated, and sustainable welfare system that can adapt to socio-demographic changes and respond quickly to emerging needs. We believe in the central role of data and evidence in guiding decisions, in collaboration between institutions and local areas, and in the value of training as a lever for the continuous improvement of personal services.

Since 2007, Synergia has been UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certified for the design, development, and implementation of qualitative and quantitative social research services; the design, development, and implementation of Social Information Systems; consulting and related training activities. Certificate No. 692 dated January 31, 2007.
