    CAWI-type census survey and qualitative study to conduct a survey and create a map of the social services offered by ATS

    Clients: National Institute for Public Policy Analysis (INAPP)

    The assignment involves conducting a fact-finding survey on the functioning of the Social Territorial Areas (ATS) and the role of the Regions and Autonomous Provinces in the governance of social policies. The activity is divided into two phases: a quantitative survey using a CAWI questionnaire on approximately 600 ATS, and a qualitative study through interviews and document analysis on the 21 Regions and Autonomous Provinces. The objective is to assess the operational capacity, coordination, and implementation of the LEPS, with particular attention to territorial dynamics and regional support. The results will be incorporated into validated and comparative reports at the national level.

    Activities entrusted to Synergia: 1. (Project Line B) – Definition of the data collection form template aimed at regional representation of organizational models; 2. (Project Line A) – National and regional reconstruction of the information debts of Municipalities, Local Health Authorities, and Regions towards Central Authorities; 3. (Project Line A) – National and regional reconstruction of the relationships between data useful for simplifying and streamlining processes relating to social and health care; 4. (Project Line C) Collaboration in the formalization of essential functional requirements; 5. (Project Line D) Participation within the project working group in dialogue meetings with the competent central, regional, and territorial ministerial authorities and in discussions with software houses.
