CAWI-type census survey and qualitative study to conduct a survey and create a map of the social services offered by ATS

Clients: National Institute for Public Policy Analysis (INAPP)

The assignment involves conducting a fact-finding survey on the functioning of the Social Territorial Areas (ATS) and the role of the Regions and Autonomous Provinces in the governance of social policies. The activity is divided into two phases: a quantitative survey using a CAWI questionnaire on approximately 600 ATS, and a qualitative study through interviews and document analysis on the 21 Regions and Autonomous Provinces. The objective is to assess the operational capacity, coordination, and implementation of the LEPS, with particular attention to territorial dynamics and regional support. The results will be incorporated into validated and comparative reports at the national level.
