    Technical assistance in the evaluation of the 2021-2023 Social Zone Plan

    Clients: Comasca and Lariana Special Agency

    Two lines of work: a. A “vertical” analysis, using quantitative techniques and tools, measuring specific indicators for each objective identified; b. A cross-sectional analysis to assess the ability to achieve the objectives and the cross-cutting results foreseen within the Social Zone Plan. This analysis allowed the collection of important feedback and information necessary for the next zonal programming, also through in-depth interviews, focus groups, and participatory workshops.

    Activities: support in the definition of detailed project design; support in the presentation of the detailed project; support in the project initiation phase. Additionally, for sub-investment 1.1.1: resumption of work for the thematic tables established for the definition of the Plan Document, including the management and conduction of three meetings. Finally, for investment 1.2: support in defining the tender procedure for selecting Third Sector Entities that will participate in the co-design tables, as well as the management and conduction of 3 meetings of the co-programming table.
