Technical assistance for the following actions: a. Scientific, operational, and editorial coordination of the Area Plan (including drafting sections relating to previous area planning outcomes and context and knowledge analysis); b. Co-programming and co-design discussions with stakeholders; c. Drafting the Three-Year Plan for the Supply of Public Housing Services and Social Housing Services.
Technical assistance for the following actions: a. drafting the analytical sections of the Area Plan document; b. monitoring the implementation of the Area Plan; c. tools and indicators for evaluating the outputs and outcomes of the Area Plan’s objectives.
Consulting and training services are provided along four lines of activity: 1. Seminars aimed at identifying innovation avenues for the Cooperative’s services; 2. Developing a catalog of consolidated and innovative service offerings; 3. Reviewing technical projects; 4. Online training on innovation in educational and social-health services.
Assisting the RUP for three tender procedures relating to Personal Services and supervising and coordinating municipal social workers (supervision is a specific training profile that involves reworking the relational dynamics and experiences of social workers, through a process).
Establish a working group capable of establishing, through an activity plan, the creation of a shared knowledge system, to be achieved by leveraging existing experiences and using sustainable methodologies, aimed at better orienting and coordinating public-private projects and co-planning.
Evaluation implemented according to 4 lines of activity: 1. Definition of a set of monitoring indicators for outputs (objectives) – “Credito Solidale 2.0” and “Partita attIVA” projects; 2. Definition of a set of monitoring indicators for outcomes (expected results); 3. Participatory evaluation workshops; 4. Production of evaluation infographics.
Monitoring activities aimed at better orienting and coordinating public-private projects and co-planning within the working group already established during the previous planning phase.
