With a degree in Sociology from the University of Milan-Bicocca and a master’s degree in “Work and Organization,” Marta Distaso is at the heart of Synergia’s administrative and organizational activities. Since 2025, she has held the role of Head of Human Resources and Collaborators, overseeing contract management, staff and collaborator relations, and personnel selection. She is also responsible for internal communications and training, maintaining a smooth and effective organization.
