Marta Distaso

With a degree in Sociology from the University of Milan-Bicocca and a master’s degree in “Work and Organization,” Marta Distaso is at the heart of Synergia’s administrative and organizational activities. Since 2024, she has held the position of Office Manager, handling contract and acquisition management, staff and collaborator relations, and personnel selection, supporting smooth and effective organisation. She is also responsible for corporate quality.
