An expert in European planning and programming of structural and investment funds in the healthcare sector, he supports regional and municipal administrations and social sectors in developing and implementing intervention strategies. A professor of statistics and quantitative methods for social sciences, he is actively involved in training on topics such as the multidimensional assessment of disabled and dependent elderly people, impact assessment of national and international projects, and the development of social policy observatories.
