Synergia Activities: a. Timely and systematic circulation and sharing of all ministerial communications and related attachments regarding the funding lines under the PNRR, along with accompanying summaries; b. Periodic newsletters on recent developments and key current issues related to the implementation of the PNRR M5 C2.1 projects; c. Thematic training documents dynamically updated with respect to the evolution of the definitional and regulatory framework outlined by the MLPS for the technical and implementation aspects of all funding lines, as well as by the MEF for reporting and financial aspects; d. Video clips and podcasts for updates and in-depth information; e. Discussion forums for specific questions; f. Training webinars for in-depth study and group discussions; g. Personalized assistance package of 60 hours (Valtellina Mountain Community of Tirano), 110 hours (Municipality of Ferrara), and 160 hours (Municipality of Pioltello).

Activities entrusted to Synergia: 1. (Project Line B) – Definition of the data collection form template aimed at regional representation of organizational models; 2. (Project Line A) – National and regional reconstruction of the information debts of Municipalities, Local Health Authorities, and Regions towards Central Authorities; 3. (Project Line A) – National and regional reconstruction of the relationships between data useful for simplifying and streamlining processes relating to social and health care; 4. (Project Line C) Collaboration in the formalization of essential functional requirements; 5. (Project Line D) Participation within the project working group in dialogue meetings with the competent central, regional, and territorial ministerial authorities and in discussions with software houses.
