Work-life balance in the province of Bolzano

The research project addresses the risk factors driving to the exclusion from the labour market of women with strong care duties in two territories subject to depopulation, aimed at underlying strenghts and weaknesses of the current public policies and identifying possible innovations. The first phase foresees a secondary analysis on sociodemographic data and the second the interview of women from two age groups (30-39 and 50-59 years old) who are overloaded with care duties, and are at strong risk of exclusion from the labour market.
