Analytical-statistical consultancy, which includes: a. preliminary contact with the Client for the transmission of all documents to Synergia for analysis; b. contact with the Client for any clarification of the contents of the documents; c. critical textual analysis of the submitted documents; d. replication of the statistical analyses conducted to verify the results obtained; e. contact with the Client for an informal feedback of the results; f. drafting of the Technical Evaluation Report; g. transmission of the draft technical report and contact with the Client for any changes to be made.

Synergia’s activities include: supporting the Lombardy Region in defining guidelines and actions to govern the implementation of the Regional Voluntary Civic Service; supporting the Lombardy Region in monitoring control activities for both the Regional Voluntary Civic Service and the Universal Civil Service, in order to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of both institutions.
