    Development of the public co-programming notice and methodological support for the co-programming process, which included an initial plenary meeting and three sessions of five roundtables moderated by a Synergia consultant. The final document included guidelines for the possible future of the CSRCs.

Phase 2: Support activities for the initiation and management of co-design processes, assignments, procurement of goods and services, tender procedures, agreements and conventions with other public entities. Phase 3: Management, monitoring and reporting, control and evaluation of activities and projects.

    Consultancy support service to the General Directorate for the fight against poverty and social planning in the context of actions related to the development of the Unified Information System for Social Services

    Clients: Ministry of Labor and Social Policies

    Planned activities: 1. Support the Management in activities related to the implementation of Article 24, paragraph 10 of Legislative Decree 147; 2. Support the Management in the review of the SINA – Non-Self-Sufficiency Information System (SIUSS) framework; 3. Support the Management in planning the evolution of the SIUSS databases for the non-self-sufficient area in line with the evolution of the NSIS databases of the Ministry of Health, in light of the DECREE of 7 August 2023 containing Amendments to the Decree of 17 December 2008: “Establishment of the information system for monitoring home care”; 4. Support the Management in the dialogue and planning of technical coordination methods with the Information Systems Directorate of the Ministry of Health in order to implement interoperability between the NSIS databases (SISM and SIND first and foremost) which are important for the full implementation of the Inclusion Allowance Measure of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies; 5. Support the Directorate in designing the evolution of the information systems architecture and area management systems in a manner consistent with ongoing reform initiatives in the social and healthcare sector, starting with the implementation of LAW No. 33 of March 23, 2023 – Delegation to the Government regarding policies for the elderly, and specifically with regard to Article 4 regarding social and social health care assistance for non-self-sufficient elderly people, in connection with the implementation of the PUA, the multidimensional assessment teams, and the PAI, and in line with the full implementation of the objectives of the National Non-Self-Sufficiency Plan 2022-2024.

Periodic newsletters on recent developments and key current issues related to the implementation of the PNRR M5 C2.1 projects; c. Thematic training documents dynamically updated with respect to the evolution of the definitional and regulatory framework outlined by the MLPS for the technical and implementation aspects of all funding lines, as well as by the MEF for reporting and financial aspects; d. Video clips and podcasts for updates and in-depth information; e. Discussion forums for specific questions; f. Training webinars for in-depth study and group discussions; g. 160-hour package of personalized assistance that includes: a. support for the design, programming, and implementation of PNRR, PRINS, and supra-regional projects; h. Support for redesigning the approach to programming the financing of measures, interventions, services, social benefits, and systemic actions; i. Support for monitoring the Area Plan and presenting the results to the technical committee; j. Support for organizing and conducting discussion and sharing discussions with the Third Sector, the Technical Committee, and the Political Committee; k.     Social research and participatory planning program consisting of the following activities: preparation and analysis of one general population questionnaire; preparation, conduct, and analysis of two participatory workshops; drafting and finalizing a final report; preparation and conduct of a public event to present the results; support to the Municipality in preparing and conducting the ideas competition and in the subsequent design phase of the Community Social Hub; impact assessment.

    Assisting the RUP for three tender procedures relating to Personal Services and supervising and coordinating municipal social workers (supervision is a specific training profile that involves reworking the relational dynamics and experiences of social workers, through a process).

    The program includes two modules, which will explore in depth:

    Module 1, dedicated to Funding Line 1.2 – Paths to Independence for Persons with Disabilities: a. In-depth analysis of the latest ministerial guidelines and the requirements for implementing the Project Line 1.2; b. General introduction to how ReGiS works and its various sections, the data and documents required, and the timelines for physical and financial monitoring; c. Procedure for reporting expenses to the Central Administration responsible for the measure; d. Uploading project data in view of the ministerial deadline of April 2, 2024.

    Module 2, dedicated to Funding Line 1.1.1 – Support for Parenting Skills and Prevention of Vulnerability of Families and Children: a. In-depth analysis of the latest ministerial guidelines and the requirements for implementing the Project Line 1.1.1; b. A general introduction to how ReGiS works and its various sections, the data and documents required, and the timeframes for physical and financial monitoring; c. Expenditure reporting procedure to the Central Administration responsible for the measure; d. Uploading project data.

    An additional 4-hour tutoring package is also included.
