Support service for the establishment and management of an interregional working group on SVAMA/SVAMDI and ICF.
Activities entrusted to Synergia: a. Dedicated training session to align the basic characteristics of the PUCs; b. Technical support for the launch of the PUCs; 3. Remote consultancy support.
Consulting and training services are provided along four lines of activity: 1. Seminars aimed at identifying innovation avenues for the Cooperative’s services; 2. Developing a catalog of consolidated and innovative service offerings; 3. Reviewing technical projects; 4. Online training on innovation in educational and social-health services.
The program includes two modules, which will explore in depth:
Module 1, dedicated to Funding Line 1.2 – Paths to Independence for Persons with Disabilities: a. In-depth analysis of the latest ministerial guidelines and the requirements for implementing the Project Line 1.2; b. General introduction to how ReGiS works and its various sections, the data and documents required, and the timelines for physical and financial monitoring; c. Procedure for reporting expenses to the Central Administration responsible for the measure; d. Uploading project data in view of the ministerial deadline of April 2, 2024.
Module 2, dedicated to Funding Line 1.1.1 – Support for Parenting Skills and Prevention of Vulnerability of Families and Children: a. In-depth analysis of the latest ministerial guidelines and the requirements for implementing the Project Line 1.1.1; b. A general introduction to how ReGiS works and its various sections, the data and documents required, and the timeframes for physical and financial monitoring; c. Expenditure reporting procedure to the Central Administration responsible for the measure; d. Uploading project data.
An additional 4-hour tutoring package is also included.
Long-term project sustainability assessment, with the aim of providing indications and guidelines for the implementation of the CARDIO5O screening program. The goal was to better understand how to integrate screening and prevention interventions into health policies and regional and national prevention programs in the various territories and Member States involved. Synergia will proceed to this end in the drafting of the project deliverable D7.3, Policy Guidelines, as part of Workstream 7.
Establish a working group capable of establishing, through an activity plan, the creation of a shared knowledge system, to be achieved by leveraging existing experiences and using sustainable methodologies, aimed at better orienting and coordinating public-private projects and co-planning.
Activities: a. Identify the contents of the checklist; b. Identify the best format for the checklist to be easily used by healthcare personnel; c. Draft and refine a comprehensive, clear, and streamlined document; d. Define a path for subsequent checklist updates.
Five turnkey consulting and support services: a. Drafting the Service Charter; b. Completion of accreditation procedures for accessing public procurement; c. Mapping of Public Administrations; d. Monitoring of tenders; e. Assistance in submitting technical and financial offers.
Analytical-statistical consultancy, which includes: a. preliminary contact with the Client for the transmission of all documents to Synergia for analysis; b. contact with the Client for any clarification of the contents of the documents; c. critical textual analysis of the submitted documents; d. replication of the statistical analyses conducted to verify the results obtained; e. contact with the Client for an informal feedback of the results; f. drafting of the Technical Evaluation Report; g. transmission of the draft technical report and contact with the Client for any changes to be made.
Two lines of work: a. a “vertical” analysis, using quantitative techniques and tools, measuring specifically identified indicators for each specific objective; b. a cross-sectional analysis to assess the ability to achieve the objectives and cross-cutting results envisaged in the Area Plan. This analysis allowed us to gather important feedback and information necessary for the next area planning, including through in-depth interviews, focus groups, and participatory workshops.
