Svam-Network at the CHRONIC CARE FORUM in Rimini – 24th May 2018

In the context of Svam-Network, on 24th of May 2018 it is taking place in Rimini the event CHRONIC CARE FORUM promoted by Maggioli. Synergia is participating at the “WORKSHOP 5 - It’s easy to say health: instruments for a multidimensional evaluation of needs and outcomes”, where Emilio Gregori is holding a speech about “Instruments and outcomes”. The event is the opportunity to talk about the theme of how the care of patients with complex needs requires nowadays a higher and higher level of integration between professional intervention and the use of diagnostic and therapeutic technologies. Thanks to a comparison between operators and users, the workshop aims at analyzing the more frequent difficulties and how to manage in an efficient and safe manner daily care.
