Supporting life after institutional care

The project, submitted by Aibi under the European Progress programme, is kicking-off. It represents the ideal continuation of the Life after institutional care project, which just finished at the end of 2009. The project focuses on the experimental introduction of the social intermediation tutor who should help care leavers exiting the child protection system to integrate in society. In the first phase Synergia will have to study the Sardinia Region model, so as to transfer it in the areas of the partnership (Bologna Municipality, in Italy).
