Degree in Sociology - Labour and Organization - at Milano Bicocca University.

Work experience

Her formative experience brought her to develop specific competences in the analysis of the labor market and of the welfare systems. Her graduation thesis was on poverty and its measurement methods.

Operating at Synergia since 2009, she has been dealing mainly with qualitative research and she collaborates to projects of social issues concerning minors, immigrants and the balancing of family and work.
